Your buyer persona is a character that represents your goals, desires and buying preferences of your target audience. Whereas your design persona is the way your website represents your brand, this will make a lasting impression on your target audience.

  • Competition.

You will need to find the top-ranking competitors websites and find their strong and weak points to see how you can beat them.

 

Planning:

Using the information, you have found when creating your strategy, you can now put a plan together to design your website. This is where you will decide all the content you will need to put on your website and how to make sure your target audience will like it.

  • Requirements Analysis.

This will involve the analysis of the information you gathered when creating your strategy.

  • Project Charter.

This is where you will be reviewing and modifying he website to make sure it is what you want.

Development:

  • Database.

  • Page Template.

This is how the pages will get built, like pages such as home, about, services etc.

  • Features and Interactions.

This will be developing functionalities for the soecial features on your website.

  • Content.

This is where you will be inserting all the content onto your page.

  • Security.

Launch:

The final touches for your website! This is where you will be making sure everything is perfect and ready for public viewing.

  • Refining.

You will need to refine and double check that everything on the website is working.

  • Transfer to Live Server.

This is where you will make the website live and accessible to the public.

  • Dry Run.

The final diagnosis of the website using tools like a code validator, broken link checker, browser/mobile testing, spelling, etc..
